Our handcrafted statues are ready in our workshop in Vietnam and carefully prepared before beginning their journey to your home.

Processing Time: 1–3 business days, depending on the size of the statue.

• Other Countries: 15–20 business days (depending on your location and customs processing)

Throughout the journey, we will keep you informed by sending regular shipping updates and tracking information directly to your email, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Carefully Packed for Safe Arrival

Every statue is carefully wrapped with multiple layers of protective materials and packed inside a sturdy shipping box to minimize the risk of damage during international transit.

For larger statues or models with delicate parts such as halos, crowns, hands, or other removable pieces, these components may be packed separately to provide the highest level of protection. Assembly is quick and simple, and we are always happy to assist if needed.

Our Promise

If your statue is unfortunately damaged during shipping, simply contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send us a few photos of both the damaged item and its packaging.

We will take full responsibility and work quickly to provide the best possible solution—whether that means a replacement, replacement parts, or another suitable resolution—because your satisfaction is always our highest priority.
