Refund policy
At MaiAnCatholicArt, we want every customer to feel confident and cared for when shopping with us. Each statue is carefully prepared, inspected, and packed before shipment to ensure it arrives safely.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unused and undamaged
- Returned with its original packaging, if possible
Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the outer package
- Photos of the inner packaging
- A photo of the shipping label
Once we review the issue, we will offer a suitable solution, such as:
- A replacement
- A repair support solution
- A partial refund
- A full refund, depending on the situation
We always do our best to support customers fairly and responsibly.
Fragile Accessories
Some delicate parts, such as halos, crowns, swords, hands, or other accessories, may be packed separately to ensure safer international delivery.
These parts can usually be attached easily after arrival. If you need help with assembly, please contact us and we will gladly guide you.
Lost Packages
If your package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, please contact us. We will work with the carrier and provide a fair solution.
Depending on the case, we may offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
Please note that original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling
- Items returned without prior approval
- Buyer’s remorse after the return period has passed
Order Cancellations
We do not accept order cancellations after an order has been placed.
Because each order is prepared carefully and may enter the preparation, production, or packaging process shortly after purchase, all orders are considered final once submitted.
For custom or made-to-order items, production may begin soon after the order is received, so cancellations cannot be accepted.
