Orders are carefully packed and shipped from Vietnam.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, and local carrier delays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will always do our best to support customers if any delivery issue occurs.

For safer international delivery, these delicate parts may be packed separately and can usually be attached after arrival.

Customers are responsible for handling and assembling these parts carefully after delivery.
