Shipping policy
At MaiAnCatholicArt, every order is carefully prepared, inspected, and packed before shipment. Since many of our products are delicate religious statues and devotional items, we take extra care to protect each piece during international delivery.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 7-10 business days after payment is completed.
For handmade, hand-painted, custom, or made-to-order items, processing time may take longer depending on the product and preparation process.
During peak seasons, holidays, or unexpected situations, processing time may be slightly extended. We will do our best to prepare and ship your order as soon as possible.
Shipping From
All orders are shipped from Vietnam.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time depends on the destination country and shipping method.
- Standard international shipping: 12–20 business days
- Express shipping, if available: 3–7 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times only. Actual delivery may be affected by customs inspection, weather conditions, holidays, local postal delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number if available.
Please note that tracking may not update continuously while the package is in international transit. Tracking information usually becomes clearer once the package arrives in the destination country and is handed over to the local carrier.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, or local fees that may apply in their country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout.
Customs processing may also cause delivery delays beyond our control.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address, postal code, full name, and phone number are correct before placing an order.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, return shipments, or additional shipping fees caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
Delayed Packages
International shipping may sometimes take longer than expected due to customs checks, weather conditions, carrier delays, public holidays, or local delivery issues.
If your package is delayed, please contact us. We will help check the shipping status and work with the carrier when possible.
Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, please contact us. We will review the case and work with the carrier to provide a fair solution.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund.
Damaged Packages
Each order is carefully packed with protective materials to reduce the risk of damage during shipping.
Some delicate parts, such as halos, crowns, swords, hands, bases, or other small accessories, may be packed separately for safer delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The outer package
- The inner packaging
- The shipping label
We will carefully review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
